Alan L. Marcus, PhD, CSC is a consultant, trainer, licensed psychologist, certified sign language interpreter and certified ergonomist. He has over 20 years of experience providing direct services to clients. He has had several federal and state government positions, most recently at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid. There, he was part of the reasonable accommodations program where he helped manage interpreting services. In addition, he was the project coordinator for the establishment of CMS's assistive technology center.
