Candidate Resources provide hiring managers with a tool to simplify their outreach for a more robust and diverse applicant pool. The resources allow instant access to candidates in every field. Send your vacancy announcements, including the job description, to the listing of organizations provided to diversify your applicant pool.

American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES)
The mission of AISES is to substantially increase the representation of American Indians and Alaska Natives in science, technology, engineering, math (STEM) studies, and careers.
National Indian Education Association (NIEA)
The NIEA organization provides advocacy, technical assistance services, coordination, and communication to all American Indians, Alaska Natives (AI/AN), and Native Hawaiians by aligning educational and lifelong learning experiences with employment opportunities.
Society for Advancement of Hispanic Chicanos and Native Americans in Science (SACNAS)
SACNAS is a society of scientists dedicated to fostering the success of Hispanic/Chicano and Native American scientists—from college students to professionals—to attain advanced degrees, careers, and positions of leadership in science.
Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCUs) meet the higher education needs of Native Americans and generally serve geographically isolated populations with no other access to education beyond the high school level. Tribal colleges are located on or near Indian reservations and provide post-secondary education, accredited degrees, and vocational training for Indian and non-Indian students.
The following section is a partial listing of TCUs to advertise job announcements on campus or within a particular department. The key is to be consistent. Send vacancy announcements to the Tribal Colleges and Universities listed below.
