Rae Thomas

Analyst

Rae Thomas joined the Data Analytics team as a Management Analyst in June 2013. In her current role, Rae supports the NIH’s data-driven approach to diversity and inclusion. Her primary responsibilities include: analyzing and reporting trends in workforce demographic data; monitoring and evaluating program performance data; spearheading agency-wide projects and initiatives; and responding to requests from various stakeholders.

Prior to joining the NIH, Rae worked at The QED Group on several USAID and USTDA assignments. Her professional experience includes policy development; providing technical support and solution services, domestically and internationally; and facilitating organizational learning through knowledge management. Rae holds a Master of Public Policy degree from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from the University of the Virgin Islands.

In her spare time, Rae volunteers with various non-profit organizations that seek to improve the welfare of disadvantaged populations.
