Grab a coworker and join us on Friday, May 17th for a fun fitness activity to celebrate National Women’s Health Week’s 20th Anniversary!
Stretch! Strength! Yoga! Here’s what to expect:
- 15 minutes of learning stretches;
- 15 minutes of doing beginner strength exercises;
- 15 minutes of yoga
We welcome all levels, come join us and kick Spring off right!
