NIH is leveraging the Women of Color Research Network (WoCRn) to form regional chapters allows members to form robust professional networks and initiate mentorship relationships within their geographical area.

On November 19th, 2014, WoCRn members from North Carolina universities, private organizations, and government agencies gathered to conduct the first in-person meeting of the North Carolina Chapter of WoCRn (NC WoCRn) at the National Institute of Environmental Health Science (NIEHS) campus.
